General examination

When you receive a new Fairchild USB signal generator, it is recommended that you check the instrument by following these steps.

1. Check shipping packing

If the shipping package is damaged, retain the damaged package or shockproof material until the cargo has been fully inspected and the instrument has passed electrical and mechanical tests. If the instrument is damaged during transportation, the shipper and the carrier shall contact for compensation.

2. Check the machine

If there is mechanical damage or missing, or if the instrument fails electrical and mechanical tests, please contact your FeelElec dealer.

3. Check the attached parts

Please check the attached attachment according to appendix C (packing list). If there is any damage or missing, please contact your FeelElec distributor
